Reservations and Payment Policy: 
Reservation payment will be made directly at the Hotel. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. 


Prepayment policy:
The client will have to pay in advance the price of the first night during the 48 hours before the arrival date. This amount will be charged to the credit card provided by the client at the time of booking.

  •  The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date. The customer will have to pay the price of the first night if he/she cancels during the 48 hours before the arrival date.
    * Valid for reservations made directly through our website.  For reservations made through third parties please consult the conditions of prepayment policy directly with them.


High season policies:
If you make a reservation in high season dates, it will be subject to special conditions and supplements. The first night's payment will be requested as a guarantee of the reservation.


Group policy:
If you make a reservation of 3 rooms or more, it will be subject to special conditions and supplements. The payment of the first night will be requested as a guarantee of the reservation.


Check-in - Check-out Policy: 

  • Check In Time: 15:00 PM 
  • Check Out Time: 12:00 PM 

For early check-in or late check-out, prior request is required and is subject to hotel availability. Check the current prices at the front desk. 


Early Departure Policy: 
Early departure (if the reservation holder or his companions leave the hotel before the check-out day of their reservation) the total amount of the reservation will be charged as a penalty. 


Additional People Policy: 
In order to maintain the security and quality of the experience of all guests, it is necessary to register the companions during the Check In process. In this case the value of the additional person will be $99.000 COP + VAT per night. If the companions are not present at the time of Check In, their personal information is required for Pre-Registration. In case the information is not registered on time it will not be refundable. According to Colombian law 2068 of 2020, only companions with an official document can be registered, citizenship card for national guests and passport for foreign guests. It is necessary to print and sign the hotel registration form for each companion and make it clear to the reservation holder that when the guest is going to leave the hotel he/she must inform Reception, otherwise this value will be charged for the rest of the nights of his/her stay and the cancellation of the charge cannot be requested. Guests not registered at Check In will be charged $99 USD or its equivalent in Colombian pesos according to the hotel's current exchange rate and must be paid before entering the room. This value is per night and per person.


Non-refundable Rates Policy: 
Modifications are not accepted. In case of cancellation, the entire stay will be charged. In case of no-show (no show), the entire stay will be charged. For early departure, the entire stay will be charged. In reservations made with a Non-refundable policy, the hotel may charge the total amount of the reservation at any time after it is made without refunding the money. 


Smoking Policy: 
According to resolution 1956 of March 30, 2008, smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms, public areas, restaurants, and lounges. A USD$200 cleaning fee will be charged for guests who smoke in the room. 


Children Policy: 
There is no additional charge for 2 children in the room under 12 years old in their same parents or guardians' room using existing bedding. If registering with minors: Minors must stay with one of their parents and prove it through the birth record, or in the company of a duly authorized responsible adult through a notarized document signed by at least one of the parents of the minor. A copy of the authorization must be delivered at the time of check-in, as well as the identity card or copy of the child's birth certificate indicating that the minor can travel with this person. Colombian laws protect minors from all forms of exploitation and sexual violence caused by national or foreign tourists. 


Tax Policy: 
The value-added tax (VAT) which corresponds to 19% on the accommodation rate, must be paid by both Colombians and foreigners residing in the country. The accommodation VAT exemption applies to non-residents in Colombia who prove the provisions of Decree 297 of 2016: The foreigner residing abroad must prove its condition by presenting the original passport; proving your immigration status with the current stamp of Permit to Enter and Stay PIP-3, or PIP-5, or PIP-6, or PIP-10; or the current Temporary Visa TP-7, or TP-11, or TP-12; and as long as it is the acquisition of tourist services sold under the modality of tourist plans or packages by the operating agencies and hotels registered in the national tourism registry. 


Hotel Insurance Policy: 
It is an additional and costs $8900 COP + taxes per person per night, which is not included in the value in the room reservation confirmation.
